Factory 455 headers??

I need to understand............

Price is kinda high and NO statement of being "honed".

I could be wrong.

I thought all developments of the Stage2 motor was with custom made headers....was there other things going on in Buick at the time.................

And mine are in even better shape!

They look to be regular exhaust manifolds to me!

I believe those are '67 style exhaust manifolds...they are know to flow better than the later style. Pure Stock guys want them to keep it "stock appearing" and gain a little edge. That is the reason they are going so high...:beer

Those casting numbers don't show up in my '71 parts catalog.

 

Geez, then the manifolds on my 67 Riv parts car are worth more than I paid for the whole car. Cool!

 

I have a set I just took off a '71 455 Wow I didn't know they were worth more that the MT headers I put on. o No:


The drivers side manifold does have a small crack as far as I'm concerned there junk!

They are free for the taking.
