I've had a few people that said they paid me with it for some items I had . 3 days later I was still waiting for payment . They kept saying that it took the money out of their account . I told them to cancel it and send me a Money Order . Or Pay-Pal .

Don't use "Friends and family" on PAYPAY if you don't trust the person 100%.
I just got screwed....guy wanted PAYPAY up front to hold item. Then when I got there it didn't match picture and I said no way. SCAM!
Said he would refund the $100 but didn't.
NO RECOURCE ON PAYPAL with friends and family.
Not going to downtown Baltimore to try to get it out of him......

I've used paypal for years with no issues, but I always did business with sellers with high feedback rating. Any single-digit or negative feedback, don't even do a $5 transaction with them.

I'd avoid signing up for other pay portals thru facebook, they will totally spam you & sell your confidential info to the world.

If the seller doesn't accept credit cards, the only recourse is in-person transactions with cash-on-hand.

Yep, I got screwed once for several months period of staying on the guy over the part he suddenly didn’t have but I stuck with it and got 95% of my money back.
The other thing I bought (basically scrap Morgan Silver dollars, totally counterfeit unfortunately) looked based out of the USA but turned out was from a Chinese supplier.

Cost me over $200 and even my bank couldn’t resolve it because TECHNICALLY they did send me SOMETHING,albeit FAKE.

Never again unless I know the person well.

    I agree . I've used Pay-Pal for years with no problems . Both buying and selling . F and F 's only to those I trust .
