Any sources for exterior door handle for 67 GS-mine is pitted and replacement would be nice. Checked out Poston's and Year ONe and available for around 200 for the pair. Any other sources? Thanks
door handles are same for chevelle and gto. maybe check with ames or performance years pontiac or ausley chevelle. i am sure there are many more ..
I am not sure the original thin style handles are remade. The later thicker handles that will still bolt up are remade.
Not sure what I bought but found a set at the Parts Place for less that 1/2 what Poston's and Year ONe was charging. Don't know what freight will be as Poston's freight charge was over 50 bucks for one item. Both handles, button and gasket a little over 50 dollars at parts place. Does show handle fits 67-72 so most likely this is the larger style. We'll see. Thanks for replies. Rod Went back and checked catalog at Parts Place and it shows handle fitting only 66-67-so maybe it is the correct handle. Poston's on other hand shows application 64-72. We'll see when I receive.
Received the handle and compared to the original they look identical. Will not pull and replace for awhile-after paint-but looks to be correct replacement. Rod
