Experienced Ebayers advice needed

    Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
    Be careful what you say in negative ebay feedback. Any profanity (even "jerk") can cause the feedback to be removed and then nobody knows he cheated you.

    Did you also notice in his ad on ebay that he removed the engine tranny wheels and all damaged parts?

    Yeah, I saw that, but it meant the radiotato etc. The car had all metal quarters and doors, and fresh coat of urethane paint. It was actually an easy resto once you got past the bolt on parts. I tell ya, if I wasnt getting married this weekend and had a littel more time, I woudl place an injunction against that car to keep him from selling it till the courts had a say so in it. Then after months of him spending his money I would tell him I didn't want it. :blast:
