Basically, what I want to know is which of these systems is the best for the Buick, which flows the best, what mufflers work good with them, which picks up the most power, and any other information? TA Performance? Torque Tech? Poston? Gardner? Other? And what size? 2.5? 3? 3.5? Hope that these systems have been used by the board members here.
I bought a set of flowmasters with mufflers (dual), from orginal parts they were cheaper then ta 's same version and with out have to buy tail pipes, complete kit, hangers and bolts, 2.5".paid $389.00 just lst year. they even give two sets of tail pipes straight or bent! The systems not on the car yet, I will be dropping the motor in my 72gs soon. Freinds of mine had told me of the great responds and sound you get with these also please note that these pipes have a cross over pipe to even the exhaust.
i have a 2.5 system with walker dynamax , i ran with my 1 7/8 full lenth headers open and only pick up 1 mph. its a poston system
