I have just ordered the competition headers for my 65 Skylark GS. I'm going to change the exhaust from the headers back at the same time. Some say that I shouldn't go bigger than 2 1/4", some say 2 1/2" and some say 2 1/2" first section and then 2 1/4". Anyone got any comments? The rest is Quadrajet and mainly original stuff. I havent decided mufflers yet either, but read some good words here about the Flowmaster 40 Series and the DynoMax Super Turbo. I'm mainly interested in the sound but a few HPs more is better than a few HPs less and loss of torque. :Brow:
