Stopping at a light has become an adventure. Pedal is fine, then at complete stop, pedal continues to floor. Fluid is up , pads are new , no nose dive , no vac leaks to speak of . Where should I start looking? Thanks for any help, Kevin.

I agree. The master cylinder does not have to leak to be bad. You are probably getting fluid escaping past the past the plunger in the cylinder but only under harder pedal pressure. It's exactly what happened to me. Took the cylinder off and apart and saw scores all over the cylinder walls. Put a rebuilt one in and was fine since. Now I can stand on it with 2 feet.

"Well , the booster looks bad , anyway , so why not replace it too. And while you're at it , you said you wanted to do the brake lines in stainless. I'll even help out if you want." Words from my NEXT wife. In the meantime , thanks fellas, I'm off to the parts store. You guys are great, Kevin. :TU:
