I used to deliver FedEx and we shipped pairs of tires as well as boxed wheels, but I'm not 100% about tires ON wheels. I bet they'd do it after New Year's just to keep their volume up. Maybe just call and say "midsize car tires" for a quote and plan to protect them with cardboard Those wheels are real pretty btw, looks like the same wheel¢ercap combo my car has but SO much nicer!
