I'm heading to Englishtown early on Nov. 13th. The website includes the US Muscle Drags, which I hope I can enter and run in and it's also a FAST race in which I can't wait to see! After that I'll be heading to Atco ; their website says it's Ford Mustang vs. Buick GN shootout on the 14th. Anyone who has been to either one of these events please chime in on any info they have.
I'll be at englishtown on the 13th for the 'FAST style' race. There are classes for pure stock muscle cars and also classes for cars with headers and dot tires.
Yes Moses. But Turbo cars count as muffled, so as long as you pass the db limit (and I'd assume you would) , you're cool. They might not even noise test you if your car doesn't sound too loud in the tech line. They noise tested my '65 (with muffs) on the Saturday of Buick Weekend in '02 and '03. I just hit the limit and they let me run. This year they took my word for it in tech and didn't test me. They do have a db meter out near the starting line as well, so they can snag anyone who rigs their car to pass tech and then un-rigs it before they hit the track. As long as your gonna be in the area for the Atco deal on Sunday, you might as well give it a shot, no?
