Can anybody give me any suggestions on what liquid to put in these engines that have been sitting for 18+ years before I turn them over?

sorry, i meant if you want to post your first name in a signature, it would be easier for you, but nevermind, it is not needed, because a-lot of people don't do it anyway, and you posted your first name anyway. sorry:Dou:

Well, I supposed the best thing to do with a motor that hasn't turned in 18 years is get those rings and pistons soaking in Marvel Mystery Oil or some PB blaster. Replace all fluids and prime the oil pump if it spins. Rebuild the carburetor. Do a major tune-up on the engine and make sure the wiring is in good condition. After the pistons have soaked for.....a week or so, then try to turn the motor over by hand with a breaker bar on the balancer bolt. If it doesn't spin yet, keep soaking it.

You may find eventually, that the motor won't ever turn over. Good luck Dave:beer
