I've had my 350 together for two years now and it has been sitting on the engine stand. I rotate it over every couple months but was wondering, should I just go ahead and back off the rocker arms or does it make much of a difference???

you should really back off the rockers if it will sit longer, that way the springs won,t take a set also it keeps mice and bugs from getting in the cylinders not to menchen humitiy crc has this stuff called fog for engine storage it works real good.

I have put some marvel mystery oil in mine until I get around to messing with it again. That seems to work well. I also agree with the loosening of the rockers. Clint

Sounds like I should loosen up those rocker shafts. I'm not to sure if the valve springs would weaken or not but I was pretty concerned out that.
