I pulled my #'s engine yesterday to put in a '76 motor I built. The #'s was in there for about 4-5K miles. When I took the TA heads off (using them in the '76), a dowel pin was broken just below the surface of the deck. I was thinking of drilling and tapping the dowel and putting a washer or nut and screwing a bolt in to try to pull it out. Does this sound sane? BTW, I am putting the original heads, intake, distributor car ect on the original engine and putting it on display in my shop (AKA garage).. Thanks.....
