Emblem removal

    I am trying to remove the rear script "Riviera by Buick" emblem from the trunk of my Riviera. It doesn't have screws or nuts on the end.

    I think it is supposed to pry out. Use a small screwdriver.

    Adam is correct. The emblem uses barrel nuts/retainers. The are a kind of compression fitting for the emblem studs. Place masking tape around the emblem and then use a small screw driver or putty knife to gently pry the emblem from the surface.
