I will be working this weekend to finish the project. Being down with the flu really was bad timing.

 

Take me off of the list. Sorry, something else has come up. Maybe in the future.

 

I would strongly advise anybody thinking about prepaying for parts from this guy to google "Marty Lackner" and then make an informed choice. i spent a couple hours yesterday reading countless testimonials. makes jim Burek look like a saint.

If you choose to believe comments from Old girlfriends and past employees then I don't want your business anyway.

If you have any problem with me and still want the product. I have plenty of very reputable dealers you can buy from.

That being said:

I will be shipping intakes later in the week. Dealers get them first and I will contact those of you on the waiting list when yours is ready.

I ca log on to this site and write things about you and claim I am Bill clinton or JFK for that matter.

What interests me is that you live so close to me and I have never met you that I am aware of; nor have you done business with me that I am aware of so I cannot see how you could possibly have any basis for slinging mud.

I make no excuses for the quality of my product or the time it takes to manufacture it. I am a one man operation and I am trying to fulfill the needs of many. Buicks are my personal favorite but they are not the only engine or application I make parts for.

I have had every manner of setback to deal with from the death of my best friend and business partner a in 11/06 to my own personal health issues that are every bit as serious. I do not complain; I do not whine and I continue to push forward.

I have said it before and I will say it again; If you do not like me or hve any issue with me then you have a choice of many reputable dealers to purchase from. Many of which have more stock than I do and I work hard to make sure they do because I know I m hard to reach and sometimes not available at all. I am also aware of the things that have been said about me.

I would urge anyone who wants to judge to first design and manufacture a product and bring it to market. Then tell me how easy it is to do. I do this because I want to; Not because I need to.

I am still here several years after these things where said and I continue to sell more parts than I can make so I must be doing something right and If any of these things where true; I think I would have been arrested or something???

I was always told to "believe none of what you hear and half of what you see". It was good advice.

I wish I was not in a position of liability or I woud list the dozens of people who have cheated me for 10's of thousands of dollars over the last 10 years.

Marty, I just want a refund like you promised in your original "Cyber Monday" thread; "If parts don't ship before Christmas (2010) you will get a full refund."

Since it has been WELL over a month, getting on two months, since your self-imposed deadline, I think it only fair for you to honor your word.

I want my money I sent back for the parts I have not received as well as the shipping of said parts.

The parts in question are a polished nailhead valley pan as well as a complete nailhead manual trans bellhousing kit (bellhousing, flywheel, clutch, clutch disk, clutch fork, throwout bearing, etc.).
