Can anyone tell about the Stage 1 diecasts on Ebay for $69? Is it a limited run for the GSCA or are they available else where? I couldn't take it anymore and bought one, should've been asking first. :Brow: Any body got one?

    Andy,

catch "racebuicks" on here and ask him about em'. he has all the buick toys. I have all the 67' toys and a 70 and 71 g.s.x. but i didnt give anywhere near $70 for any of them. e-bay is ok if you realize what it is, i think. you are buying convienance(sp). you wanted it, so you bought it. no seaching around stores and such for it. which Stg.1 did you get ? the black one ? the red one ? i think there is a blue one out too but i cant remember for sure. I have been thinking i may need one fo them too nut not sure yet.kinda waiting for a new(color) 67' to show its face, lol.

    later........................

Andy, if your talking about the Blue and Whites one's, they have been $69 since they came out. The guy selling them bought a limited run, and then is actually doing some work on them himself, and then selling them. He told me that he was suppose to be doing 2 more as well, but I don't remember the specifics on those cars.

Yep, thats the one Jeff. I'd been hoping the price would come down or they were available in stores. Didn't realize they were custom jobs. Hope they're done well. Thanks guys

Has anyone dealt with this guy? I'm having a heck of a time with the transaction, un-answered emails etc. Getting a little fed up. Any advice?

I bought two of them for about around $69.00 ea. One is blue and the other is white. These are a step up from some of the standard twenty dollar diecast pieces. The price might seem a little high but the improved quality is there. I believe the run is limited as advertised. I tried at first to get them over the internet but had no luck. The best thing is to call the listed number and talk to a person directly. If you decide to buy one of these you will not be disappointed. :) Good luck. :TU:
