Eastwood Co. is alright by me

    Last week I ordered a pair of brake line bending pliers for $29.99 along with a couple other items. Yesterday, I get an email flyer advertising the same pliers I just bought for $19.99. Needless to say I wasn't to happy about that. So I reply their email back to them saying, "thanks alot!, i just puchased the same item last week blah...blah...blah. This morning I received a call from Angela at Eastwood. She said they're refunding $10.00 to my paypal account. Total shocker for me! Pretty good customer service, I think.

    Eastwood has always done right by me on all my order questions.
