I have some friends moving to East Rochester New Hampshire at the end of February. I will be heading out to visit them in july. Any one in the area? Any decent places to stay in or stay away from? Just wondering on cold Minnesota day. I wish we were visiting during Laconia Bike week, plans were scheduled before I could put in my 2 cents.
Come to Laconia anyway there is plenty to enjoy even when it isn't bike week. There are all the lakes in the Lakes region for Boating , fishing etc. the4 White mountains a little further to the north if you are into hiking or camping. Also Rochester isn't too far from the coast , there is plenty of summer time beach type things to do in the Hampton area. If you are into Nascar there is a race in Loudon in july and New England dragway is in Epping which is quite close to Rochester if you want to check that out as well.
