Early vs Late Stage 1 valve covers

    I want to use the chrome valve covers on my 1972 455. Any issue using later 73-76 valve covers on an early engine? Also, anyone have issues with the reproduction Stage 1 valve covers, any year?

    There are two manufacturers of the aftermarket covers..one is absolutely garbage....the other is pretty nice

    The ribs on the shatty ones are rounded and it's just visibly not a good attempt
