Walker... A part of the Monroe / Tenneco empire. That DOES NOT HONOR their lifetime warranty, with documentation.
    End of statement...

Steve Just asking about performance and sound . Not so much about the company. With the Mickey Thompson scavangers

Steve Monroe had a lounge in Michigan where they wine and Dined. Their customers. Been there couple of times. Pretty cool. I think they sold it a year ago

You asked about THOUGHTS on them. You got MY thoughts. Just another typical 2.5 center in/ offset out muffler. From a company that will not honor their warranty. Therefore, I would NOT recommend them. You asked for it, you got it.
By the way, with the M/T Super Scavengers, I am going to assume you are using a 455 BBB. I think you'd be happy with a 2.5 s/s mandrel bent system. Just don't get Flowmasters either; I've never particularly liked their tone. It tends to drone at typical street speeds. Overall you're gonna spend a good chunk of money on the system.
By the way, were you able to get the oil dipstick in, or did you have to notch the flange?

I had M/T scavenger headers with the dynamax mufflers with three inch exhaust on my black GS (see avatar)
You cannot beat the sound of that combination IMHO
Don't remember the dynamax number though !

Steve i thought i was getting the mufflers That Larry the wizard has on his car. Really wanted the factory look. The stainless Are bigger and bulkier. But i’ll make the best of what i have. And not looking forward to trying to get headers to fit. Ordered Remflex gaskets. Stainless clamps. And stainless hangers. And probably going to cut the angle tips off on the Mandrel bent 2 1/2 TA exhaust.

Steve Caruso Yes everyone who has these seems to like them . Offset in center out . I think Hugger told me to order them that way. Just excited to hear true rumble.

DEADMANSCURVE my first word : truck

I have the 2-1/2" in-out turbo dynomax ( flow directors ) non welded on my car , I would say that's more of an oem performance sound .
on my truck I have the 2-1/4" , 2 in - 2 out straight through crossflow style ultraflo dynomax walkers . more of a rumble to that for sure
EDIT : dbl checked , yeah mine are the #17749's also . 2-1/2 offset in , offset out . and I think I did pick them over the center outlet due to flow tests . also showed that they flowed better than the popular street flowmasters . of course that was a walker test .

    Walker 17749 is the muffler I used when I had a 2 1/2" system. I have Magnaflow 14264's now

I always heard the side in/side out flows a little bit better than the side/center.
