Some of the fabric in my car is sun faded and I was wanting to dye it back to black. It has silver threads in it also so I don't know if that'll present a problem. Are there dyes for doing this without taking everything apart?? I will have the seats out to do it if I find what to do it with.

Visit any local Sherwin Williams auto paint supplier and get some SEM vinyl/cloth dye. It is the best dye available.

You don't have to take the seat apart but depending on fading, you may want to do one section at a time and have an assistant help you so you can spray the mating areas for uniform coverage. Would be best to spray the seats when they are removed from the car. That way, you can clean them very well and avoid any over spray on other interior items.

They'll be removed from the car, will the dye do anything to the silver thread inlay

If you get dye on it, it will change color. Not much you can do about that unless you can mask off the thread areas. Probably not worth masking time and effort.
