I was under the impression that my tempurature idiot light wasn't working and was disconnected from the temp sender (per engine rebuilder). When I start the car, only the oil and batt lights come on, but not the temp light, UNLESS I turn the key to accessory and leave it there for a second or two before cranking, then all 3 lights briefly come one. Does this make sense ? I don't have a wiring diagram (I probably couldn't read it anyway) but I would have guessed that it had to be connected to the temp sender for it to work. Maybe it is connected and I was looking at who knows what <?> :eek2: Jeff ~ No big worries, gauges to be installed soon... just curious.
