Is there a past thread for changing out a 2speed and an 8.2 for a TH400 and an 8.5? ( 69 Skylark & 350.) Thanks

I think the TH400 needs a kickdown switch unless you have a full manual valve body. If you are removing a ST300 it should have had kickdown switch as well. On a 68 it is at the gas pedal. On a 69 I'm not sure.
