Off of my 1970 GS, Global West 2 inch drop spindles, Willwood rotors and calipers, Willwood master cylinder. Also have vac. booster, electric vac. pump and pressure switch.

    Spindles, rotors and calipers, $300.

Master cylinder and vac. booster (both professionally painted black), $200.

Electric vac. pump and pressure switch and can $225.

All parts have little use. Motor popped and on reinstall went to Hydroboost system and bigger rotors.

Parts located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

    Hello All,

Thank you for your interest. I will take and post pictures of parts tomorrow. If anyone buys the rotors, I will have them cut before sending. While very low mileage, they are used and this way they can just be put right on.

Joe can you send pics of the spindle, rotors, calipers, master cylinder and booster.
Do you know if there are any other parts needed besides these?
Any different brackets for the calipers, master cylinder and booster?
    Thanks Joe

Joe, nothing else is needed. The spindles, calipers, and rotors were a matched set from Global West. The only thing needed is the spindle nut that holds the rotor on, I reused that.

Here are some pics. of the parts. As mentioned, I will cut rotors unless buyer does not want me to. Low miles, never cut before.

I would like more info about the electric vac pump/switch. The name of the vendor you purchased from? How long was the vac pump in use? Since you are now going to a hydro boost braking system, what issues did you have with the vac pump,?

I will get you the info. on the vendor. I recall it being like $350. It was on the car about 500 miles when I had to take the motor out. I did not have any problems with the pump, the external pressure switch did go bad once.
I switched for a couple reasons. First, I am old school and don'l like anything electrical that can give me a problem. I don't like even using an electric fuel pump. The second reason is that I was putting on a March serpentine system (which was a huge mistake), and I had to use a remote reservoir any way. At that time, my friend put one on and loved it.

Here are the down sides. I did not have a good place to mount it and you could hear it cycle on and off. The other down side is if it goes down for any reason, you immediately loose power assist.

As much as I don't like electronics, I later found a company making a really trick electric booster. My friend just put that on, but has not tried it yet. It has a lot of line pressure, the master cylinders are really cool and you can mount the pump any place. According to the literature and the research I did, it also has a safety reservoir that if the pump fails it gives you like 15 full power pumps, then it feels like a manual brake car, not a vac. brake with no power assist. Had I known about this, I would have tried it. Plumbing the Hydroboost was an expensive PIA to plumb to make it look neat, and there are still visible hoses all over.
