I've been messing with my driveshaft DIY style, and got it put back together a few weeks ago. I have a two piece driveshaft with a center support and bearing. I taped a mic under the car at various locations, and the noise was most prominent when the mic was facing the center support. If you press enter at the end of the URL in the new window, it will play. I guess the bearing has become deformed. It purchased it brand new and it is only a month old.
