Concours: Completely restored to factory original condition, including detailed/documented features

Survivor: Original, unrestored vehicles, showing minimal wear

Show: Restored vehicles for judging/awards, for different categories

Trailer Queen: Slang term for vehicles that are only transported to/from car shows & events, not driven or started often, for fear of value depreciation

Driver: Any vehicle in street legal/roadworthy condition, regardless of cosmetic condition or mechanical dependability, with potential to repair/restore/maintain the vehicle, to keep it as long as possible

Project: collectible or sentimental vehicle in process of restoration or mechanical maintenance, may be primary or secondary vehicle

Beater: Any roadworthy vehicle to be used for transportation, with no regard or concern if it has more damage done to it, or not, until it no longer serves its purpose, and gets replaced with another beater

Parts: The only thing quicker about '72 Skylarks is how they rust more than '70 SKylarks (for Stage Two's comment about 4 doors)

In the northeast you have seasonal cars, known as winter beaters or salt cars.

Parts car: Any GS or Stage 1 I can find for parts to restore my 4 door skylark!!!!!

For parts, I describe driver quality like many on here have already discussed. Not a show quality part, but complete and usable for the car, with appropriate wear and tear for the age.
