drip rails

    what is the proper way to remove the stainless drip rail trim without ruining it? :Do No:

    There is another thread about that somewhere here. I don't know what the "correct" method is, but I did it this way.....It is tricky, and you have to mark where it ends before removing it or else you will really have problems putting it back on. If you don't do this carefully you will bend the bejesus out of it.

    I strongly suggest trying this on a bent one on a parts car first before doing your good car. I started mine at the front by prying it down on the inside edge first with a small screwdeiver. Once you get it started, work your way back first before starting to pull it away. It gets easier as you go, but will bend if you go too fast.

    i asked about it earlier Roberta replied back she said you could use a can opener the end that you would use to open a bottle of beer and you must have a lot of patience i decided to buy a new set.
