Sorry to the guys who have answered this question for me before:Dou: Finally getting around buying some alum drag rims.I am running 275/60 r15 bfg drag radials. I know I need a 4 7/8 backspace. I would like to know if a 10" rim will fit in the wheelwell,or do I need to stay with a 8" deep:Do No: As always thanks for the help.:beer

I've got 8.5s on mine and they clear fine with 275/60 15 M&Hs. Will be putting on BFGs today and all should be fine. I can't really speak to anything wider, but it would be really tight based on the eyeball test with the 8.5s on. With 8.5s I think you get a section width of 11.3".

Don't know what wheels you want, but Certerline Pro stocks look great and 8.5s may still be available through GSCA. If so, you will run into a problem finding matching 7" for the front. They are out of production. It took a month, but I found 4 on the internet. The extra 2 are in my garage. If you or some other Buick nut really needed them to finish out the deal I'd probably sell the at a reasonable price. I've been hanging on to them just for insurance. Good luck.:Comp:
