Does anyone make a repair rear wheel well lip?

After removing the driver quarter panel,I now see that most of the lip is bad and needs replacement. Is there a lip repair panel that can ease my pain? I remember seeing some panels quite a few years ago,but they were generic ones but I could it if needed..It seems the driver outer wheelhouses are all on backorder.Yes,I asked several vendors already.

 

That spot seems to be a pain in the ass. Have a rust through on my 66 drivers quarter panel lip.. right where it curves in. so i am looking for a patch panel myself

 

I think you might have to roll your own if you mean repairing the outer wheel well?
