Does anyone know how to read these tags?

I just bought a bunch of GM Parts. They came from a gm dealer. I am having a hard time figuring out what the parts fit. In some of the boxes I found these tags. This is a small sample of the tags I have. I am not sure if they go with the parts I have, but I was hoping someone knows something about them. It looks like the years it fits is on the tag with a letter after it. Is the letter the body style??? and how can I find out what car/cars are that letter/body style.

    Thank you,

Example from one only, top right of your pic.

4.054 indicates Group # of the part.
Parts are catalogued this way to simplify identification.
Parts books are also specific to groups of vehicles.
Mine covers Apollo, Special & Skyhawk, '64-'76.
Group 4 in the Buick book I have is for Transmission - Brake Control

356113 is the part number of what's in the box/bag.
6273381 is the older part number, currently replaced by the new number.

My book has Gr.4.054, 5 listings of parts for starters.

I guess I need a parts book or parts books. Does anyone know the best parts book to purchase and where to purchase one. I'm guessing most of the parts are 80's and early 90's, with some 70's.

    Thank you,
