    1972Mach1 Just some M.M.O.G. guy.....

Unfortunately, once you get past the 70-71 model years on Cudas and Challengers, the value falls off significantly even though they're the same basic body until '74.

It's the same with the Mini coopers.. The overall style was the same from 1968? all the way till 2000, but the newer it gets, the lower price they'll bring..

The original style goes back to 1959. There was a short stretch in the 70s where they squared up the body, but that didn't last long. The original look came back and lasted until the end.

Was it in 1968 the original Cooper came then? There was 5 different english car companies, that made the mini from start production until the end..

Smokey15 So old that I use AARP bolts.

Right color. Looks like a nice driver. A bit of elbow grease detailing would make it even nicer.

The first Mini Cooper appeared in 1961. "Cooper" is a performance designation like GSX. Its not associated with any specific company.

Yeah, but the "original" Cooper, was made by British Motor company , with a 998cc engine and 2 gastanks, one in each side, with their own filler cap on each side as well.. When BMC stopped, the "Mini" was produced by Austin, Rover, Leiland and Morris to name some..

Had to look it up, but it's made from 1961 to 2000, only beaten by the VW Bug in longer production run, as far as I recall..

Decent looking Challenger. True they aren’t as popular as the 70-71 but still a great style. Seems like all the money and then some for a 318 car that needs floor work but they aren’t too common these days.
