These are strips that go in the front face of the rear windows on a 2dr htp. I dont know what they are called, o No: Pete
Those are "quarter window seals" and yes, it's a straightforward install. A little liquid soap will let them slide into the track pretty easily. Be sure to get the repros with a steel core. Some cheap ones are just rubber, no core.
Mine come off every now and then. They are easy to put back on. I've not figured out how to keep them on, though, lol.
