Need some help. I have a 70 GS 455. Build date according to cowl tag is 4th week of Dec 69. Looking for: Distributor - The # is 1111984 followed by 9L_ or 9M_. Intake - FOUND Exhaust manifolds - Right side not sure if they are dated?? I believe 1383648 right --- 1233899 left one found. I would like to return the car to completely original if possible!! It does have #'s matching w/ matching carb so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeff
Jeff, I have a set of exhaust manifolds on a 70 455 that came out of a Wildcat. I think they are the same but I am not 100% sure. I know the right one is the same for all year 455s and even the older 400s and 430s. I am not sure about the left one. The studs are still in them also, but may need to be taken out and replaced. They even have the heat shields on them. 75.00 plus shipping. If your car is supposed to have heat shields, you can have them also. Thanks, Scott
Jeff, What kind of intake and distributor do you have on your car now? If you can tell me where the date code is on the intake, I will see when it was made and maybe we can trade parts? My intake and dist. for the ones you have? The 70 motor I have is in a 67 GS 400 so I really dont care if those parts match the motor as the motor doesnt match the car. Thanks, Scott

Jeff, I took the left one off of the motor I have and the number is 1233899. That is the number that you gave me over the phone but I see a differant number in the thread on top. I took the left one off first because if there is going to be a differant part number it is going to be on the left one. The right side is the same for all year and car big blocks. Thanks, Scott
