    Hi
I ordered the disk brake conversion kit for my 63 Riviera (as seen on ebay) and installed it last weekend. As it turned out the Master Cylinder is broken and as i do not get any answer from the direct fit brakes guys where i ordered it, i gonna ask you.
I need an replacement for it but on the cylinder is nothing written, in the manual it says it is form a 70-80 Chevy Car (10-1521) i looked it up, but the pictures are different to mine.
So anyone knows which Master Cylinder this is? Or can i also get an other one?

    thanks
    Alex

If you got it from Direct fit brakes, it is for a 76 Riv, and that part is absolute **** , and so is dealing with those people. I was hung up on three times by those idiots  Their attitude is, We do this every day, so if you cant get it to work, something is wrong with you :blast:

The booster would not fit correctly, and we ended up using the original for the car. Their bracket/ booster adapter is worthless. The disc portion of the brakes, did go on very well, no problems at all, it is just the rest of the parts that are JUNK

We finally ordered a new quality Master C and got rid of the junk porportioning valve they sent, and replaced it with an adjustable one.

Once completed, they disc conversion works very well.

It was a challange to make parts work togeather, but Brakes are just a matter of simple hydrolics, so if something doesnt work right, go back to the source.

    Good luck

I cannot recommend dealing with those jerks to anyone
