We found a sheet in my Flint built Wildcat that has codes on it that don't match what I know aout UPC or sales codes. I need help to find out what they mean or I may be the guinea pig and define them. But if somebody has this already, Help! I need a scan to show this better, but its a pin-fed paper with pre-printed boxes . First line of boxes starts with LINE NUMBER_l_BROADCAST DATE_l_BODY SERIAL NUMBER_l_TRIM_l_MODEL 0004___________04_l_10________l_177469_____________l_J3___l_6667 _COLOR_l_ANT_CRN LIGHT__SIDE_W/H_ROCK_l_WIRE HARNESS _HH____l_X____K__________6____B___6____l_ S__C__E__(BODY CHASSIS R/T) ok, that format was too hard. This next line has the following info: RAD'TR CODE: BF HORNS:3 STRG. WHL STYLE: 6 STEERING COLUMN: TB BK'UP LAMP: B IP TRIM PLATE: 8 PROT. GROUP TACHOMETER: P BRAKE P/M: W CRUISE CNTRL: K VAC OPT: 3 AIR COND. HEAT: U BODY ELECTRICAL RADIO: D PWR SWITCH: R W/S WIPE: 6 PWRWIND__SEAT: X GUIDEMATIC: 8 COURT LIGHT: (BLANK) TRUNK LIGHT: C IN**:H (RIPPED HERE) (end of line 2) anything recognizable here? there are 2 more exciting lines! Axle PB rear con arm C ENGINE SR So the car has the Super Wildcat engine, but SR is not a code I recognized. any help is greatly appreciated! Ted
Ted, I am not sure I can help, but the codes on that sheet are called manifest codes and were specific for flint buildsheets. Most of the codes do not translate to UPC or Sales Codes. If you could scan the sheet, or snail-mail me a few photocopies, I might figure something out. Duane
