That folder came in the new car packet that owners got when they bought their Buick. I've seen similar ones from 1965-1975.

So do I! Dad had them in one of our Buicks when I was a kid. I love those fake Cragar wheel covers. Think they'd look good on my GS?
Mag wheel covers I bet they would - BUT they are as hard to find and maybe even harder to find than right hand 68-69 mirrors and the last set I saw go NOS went for $$$
I believe that those were factory on 65 Z-16 Chevelles (with Bow Ties instead of trishields, of course). That probably explains their outragous value, at least in part.
