I was recently in search of a Bill Murphy Buick (Culver City) License Plate Frame (see attached photo) for my '72, and I came across a gentleman, at a local Good Guys show, who searches far and wide for these sorts of things. If anyone is in search of a specific dealer frame, you can always shoot him an email. His website is as follows: www.CAlicenseplates.com. Overall, the one of the best investments I've made, really ties the car back to its roots.
Thanks for the lead. I've been looking for many years for a Ladin Buick (Thousand Oaks California) license plate frame.
- No problem, just hope it helps someone find what they're looking for. Yeah, a buddy of mine has been looking for a Dexter Pontiac frame for decades now, still hasn't come across one. Hopefully it leads you to what you've been looking for, and if not, at least you'll have another set of eyes out searching for it.
Need Tabor Motors, Toccoa, Georgia for my '69 GS400. According to testimony & paperwork my car was sold here in 1969, 1973, and 1977. Just found the first picture of the dealership I've ever seen in the sixties...
