I'm looking for any promotional items from either Steffy Buick in Anaheim ( I have a license plate frame , but I'd like to find a metal / plastic emblem that they affixed to the decklid ) , or anything from McCullough & Peck Buick Opel ( around from 1974 to 1981 ) in Roseville CA . Any pics of either place would be nice , too . thanks , Kevin.

Keep scanning Ebay guys. Lots of times they sell them in lots. You may find the one your looking for mixed in with a bunch for sale on Ebay.

Dont forget Hemmings. People collect these. Also, you could try putting up a Craigslist ad in the town the dealer was in. Someone may have one kicking around.

True story- I was looking for a Selover buick tag for the longest time. Couldnt find it. For a goof, I called the dealer. It had changed hands years and years ago. I got ahold of the used car dept and asked if they happened to have an old Selover Buick emblem. He put me on hold for a minute and came back on to tell me that he found a brand new one in the back of his desk drawer. He told me I could have it if I came and picked it up. Unfortunately, Im in NY and the dealer was in Montana! A local board member volunteered to pick it up for me and mail it. Moral of the story- sometimes longshots come through. You never know unless you ask!

Ha! Reese Buick! Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. I used to drive past that dealer twice a day back and forth to work. That was an old dealer. My friend Eric has the Buick letters off the building. I'll keep my eyes open for you.
