Date code help

    Hi everyone,

    Need some date code help. Going through my collection trying to piece together parts for my 71 Stage conv. Where is the date code for the hood and inner skirts? The front clip was missing and a different front clip was included. Trying to see if I can get lucky or even close with the parts I have.

    Duane Heckman has an excellent book out, specifically dealing with date codes.
    Page 35 discusses the code on sheetmetal from a '71 car. No mention of where he found the code.
    Duane may chime in here. Another option is to send him a PM.

    I have the book I just needed to know where the code was located.
    I looked at some parts off the car and finally found them.
