Then and Now from Georgia (Mark Reeves and the parts man) were selling rechromed ones at Bowling Green without the need for cores. They looked very good and even came with the studs and ground strap already attached.
Just run a search on this site using "Mark Reeves" or "Then and Now" and you should come up with one of his posts. His business is in the Atlanta Georgia area so you could also do a Yellow Pages search and probably come up with his office number. Dude, this is the Internet, use your imagination a little:laugh:

I have been using www.mrgusa.com and never had a problem with their work. Expect them to take 4-8 weeks depending on how busy they are to get the parts back.....if you are going to do the job correct....send in the ac vents too.
