custom lowered gs air cleaner

4 Sale This ram air cleaner was lowered 1" I ran it with a edelbrock manifold
and a 1" spacer with a Q-jet.The carb base inside was raised 1" to drop ac down.Good foam seals all years but 72.The hood closed with this set up.I took the cold start baffels out.$200 + shipping to the 48 states

Interested. Do you think the hood will close with the old style b4b?

 

It should work with the B4B. Only problem you might run in to is the carb mounting plate on the Eddy manifold is 1" closer to the front and the air intakes dont line up exactly right with the hood scoops. I did this same thing with the air cleaner for my Riv + had to raise the bottom of the cups.
