This unit has had all the guts removed and repainted in black. A modern am fm CD player from Kenwood was then installed. I bought a case of the radios some years back and have used them in most all of my cars at one time or another. They are easy to operate, play very nicely and I don't need my glasses on to read the face plate or change the volume. The two post style is reminiscent of the old style radios, and hence they are simple to work. The name even says it, Kenwood EZ 500.
This unit was in my 70 GS for awhile, I swapped it out for another player just like this, but it has Sirius radio built in. The face plate has been changed as the original had some play in it so I bought another face. These radios were also used in the Hyundai cars.
Front face plate is hinged to drop down and allow access to the stereo, when your finished shut it, and it's held in place by small magnets. Includes remote control, wire harness and mounting bracket
This does require a 4 speaker set up, I had a dual cone in the front dash and molded kick panel speakers down below and it sounded great.

I had this posted earlier today, and had a response for information about it from eganddg, I deleted it because the pictures were goofy. I will allow him first opportunity to say yes or no
