Larry, I was going offfer him my flex plate crankshaft GRP aluminum rods if his Pistons were around the same weight and the same compression distance and give them a really good deal to get hom going all he would need would be an ATI balancer because I’m using that for my new set up . But it sounds like he might have problems with his block .
I fear you may be correct. With no place local to me but where I've gone, my only option is to ship it out and ...... or order one of the Tomahawk blocks that just went on sale. Sure dont want to put this together again and have it fail again after 100 runs.
Briz, I am selling at BG an ATI internal balance balancer that came out of my motor if you need one. (it's in very good shape)
Really dont have any extra cash this year due to my investment into the Wildcat project. I'll most likely take up Jim Rogers on the used stock crank and have it turned 10 / 10. put new bearings into it and keep the R's under 6500. Start saving for the Tomahawk and 3" main forged crank. Taking my block to get measured, as Jim suggested ,on Friday.
