Looks like it's worth checking out. Could be a very cool car. First thing I would ask is if he has a title. Looks like a car farm and lots of people with that many rigs can't find the paper work on all of them.
I emailed him last night, and he already got back to me with a cell number. Apparently his cars are 15 or 20 miles out of town, no biggie, but I'll give him a call this evening and make an appointment for this weekend. Even if he doesn't have title on any of these they might be worth parting out
