I just purchased a TA Perf. alluminum intake from ebay and the only issue I have with it is that one of the bolt holes( approx. above #6 piston) has a 1/4" crack that extends from the top of the bolt hole. The crack doesn't go into the manifold walls.

could this be something of concern?

is this common on the alluminum manifolds?

is there any repairs that could be done?

    Thanks

You should be able to have that heli-arced. It's welding for aluminum. It may not look perfect when done, but it will solve any problems associated with the crack.
