    happy holidays

everybody keeps sending me messages to sell these grills outright
but i dont know what they are worth due to some of the damage on the grills
if you guys can help with rough estimates from what you see in the pictures
i would appreiciate it and may finaly sell ONE outright
to have coin to hunt down a 70 gs grill

NOW what i prefer is to trade the 71 GS grill for a fairly good 70 GS grill
or trade the 72 gs grill for a real basket case 70 gs grill:beer

the 72 has the lower right stud repaired
had a crack on the upper right corner near the stud
had a crack along the left side
    and minor chip under bumper

the 71 had 4 studs repaired
the lip that goes under the bumper was badly cracked and had a different piece fused to it
the center top edge had broke off and repaired
left lower corner had a crack
and a couple small nick on the bottom and side

Considering the number of repairs that have been done to the 71 grille and the poor state of the repairs ( needing to be completed or redone) I would estimate around $300 usd for it. I have had other 71 grilles come across my workbench needing less work and the owners paid around that price. I am trying to give you my honest opinion of what the grille is worth. I recently bought two 71 grilles for parts and will probably be able to make a complete grille and have some spare parts for others. I paid $300 for those two grilles.
I have been loking for a 70 grille to possibly trade with you but so far have had no luck. You might want to post a wanted ad for a 70 GS grille any condition and see what kind of response you get.
Let me know if you decide to possibly sell your 71 Grille outright.
