crack

a crack sound on the left of my car when I start the car. I was the fist time I heard that ?????

 

Broken engine mount?

 

do you have some tips to know if is that ?

 

Rev the engine and see if it rocks a lot. The engine mounts are visible, you should be able to see and serious tear.

Might also be a starter coming apart. Need to crawl underneath for that though...
