cowl tag decode

    can someone please decode the paint and trim info on this tag for me please
    ST 70 43437KAN804629
    TR 121 26 26 PNT
    02D 01844

    car has blue straight bench interior i think stardard interior
    door panels are 2 tone vinyl blue seatbelts all in decent shape
    as is blue A/C dash pad
