Copper Header Gasket Leak I just installed a copper header gasket on a 455 with TA's shorty headers. There seems to be a significant exhaust leak. Unlike regular gaskets, will this get better with time and tightening? Thanks, Ted K.
The two times I have tried copper gaskets, they leaked like crazy and I had to go back to soft gaskets. (I assume you mean "copper" unless "Cooper" is a manufacturer that I don't know about) -Bob Cunningham
