Cooling Your Intake Manifold

    What about concerns over cracking?

    I remember when mechanics used pound cans of R-12 to cool chokes for testing carbs. That wasn't too bright, either.

    How many cans of this crap do you figure it's gonna take to chill an intake manifold?

    Note that they don't tell you the mass (weight) of the steel, glass, sheetmetal, whatever that they are heating, or how hot it started out. And what the heck do they mean by "Note that after being sprayed the heat went down and came up in temperature somewhat."
