A good friend of mine is buying a 72 Chevelle SS roller. Its an ex race car, but is all there. The body has a little rust but no rot. All the interior is in this guys basement. Its white with black SS stripes. It had a 383 chevy in it. I want him to put a 455 in it, he isnt sure. I did convince him to use a 200 4r though. So, what does everyone think? My friend Rusty has a chevelle convert that we had a 455 in and it ran flawlessly for years then one day a chevy geek got his nose into it and they put a 454 in it guess what it still hasnt ran continously since!!:Brow: I loved that car open the hood and the chevy guys would say why is the distributor in the front???
